We will periodically point out features of our new website that you might find useful.
This time: Minutes of Board Meetings, AGMs etc.
You can review past minutes of all Board meetings and Annual General Meetings from 2009 to present on the website as well as any special meetings that are convened.
How to find them:
Sign into the password-protected area of the website. On the left hand panel click on “Files” In the list of files click on the minutes of the meetings of interest.

Features of Our New Website: #1 The Owner Manual
We will periodically point out features of our new website that you might find useful.
This time: The Owner Manual
The new website features a downloadable version of our Owner Manual which contains all of the legal documents and rules for Lighthouse Point. This is a vital resource for all of us as we reside together. It is conveniently organized into 23 downloadable sections designated Tabs A through Tab W plus an amendment to our declaration. An index allows easy navigation to the section of interest. The Board from time to time will update the sections of the Owner Manual.

New Website Demonstration
Dear Owners of Lighthouse Point,
The Board would like to proceed with a demonstration, allowing them to introduce to you all the new web site for Lighthouse Point. This is to take place at the clubhouse on Tuesday, February 26 at 4:00pm.
This is NOT a Board meeting and is simply just an opportunity to let Owners know what Bob Kamino has been working on regarding the new property web site.
All Owners are welcome and suggestions are encouraged.

Fire Extinguisher Service
The annual fire extinguisher inspection will be taking place at Lighthouse Point on Thursday, February 7th.
Please place the fire extinguisher out in front of your door by 9:00 a.m.
If you are unable to this because you are not here, Lighthouse Point maintenance personnel will assist.
